SHIPPING & RETURNS
All products are digital or transferrable via email. Therefore, there are no shipping policies in effect.

Once you have purchased a service based on your choice from the selection above and booked a date based on the date that you choose in our calendar, you will instantly receive an email confirmation with a Zoom link. Once on the Zoom call, this will be considered your first initial consultation. *please cancel/reschedule your date a least 1 hour prior to our session by sending an email to email@example.com should the need arise.
* Luxury and Bliss Designs™ will take time to learn everything about your business and conduct thorough research with the ultimate goal of building a solid business foundation in order to serve your clients well, grow and obtain success.
You will also receive instructions as to what your next best step is alongside an agreement that lays out all the services you will receive with your service as well as timelines.
Done 4 U - Wix Website Templates.
* Wix templates are not instant access.
After your purchase is complete, your new website template will be emailed to your Wix account. (Please remember to provide the email that you used to sign up with Wix at checkout).
Please allow 24-72 hours for the transfer to be complete after purchase.
Purchase the website template of your choice.
Create a new Wix account if you do not already have an existing account.
Include your Wix email at the time of purchase (you will see this option at checkout) or email firstname.lastname@example.org should you not see it and provide your purchase confirmation.
You will receive an email from Wix within 24-72 hours. You must accept your transfer via that email.
Once this step is complete your new template will be waiting in your Wix account for you to customize and publish!
*FYI, If you already have a Wix website, please know that your images and information will not be transferable to the new template. You can however transfer your domain.
*Purchases placed on the weekends or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Returns & Exchange Policy
All purchases are serviced based or transferred via email. Therefore, all purchases are final sales, and Luxury and Bliss Designs™ will not be able to return, exchange, or refund any of these items.
